Tyler Zoo

Jonathan went to Austin for a golf trip with Luke, so the boys and I headed to Tyler for the weekend. Erin drove up to accompany us, which was nice so I didn't have to make the trip alone. The boys were really silly on the trip down and made cute smiley faces at us before they took an early morning nap :)

 

We went to the Tyler zoo for the first time with my parents, Erin, & Lauren. It used to be free when I was growing up but now the Tyler zoo costs money :( Anyway, it was a little hot but it was a really good time. We talked poor mom into a wheelchair because her hip is hurting her so bad we didn't want her to walk the whole way. The boys did not want to be in their stroller and riding with Gigi in the wheelchair turned out to be pretty fun for them!

The boys took an early nap on the way down, so they sort of missed their actual nap time and were soooo tired by the time we left they fell asleep in the car before we got out of the parking lot!

That night we had dinner with my grandparents and had a good evening of visiting.

 

We walked to the park the next morning with Gigi & Poppy and then had lunch. It was a great trip to Tyler and the boys were glad to see Daddy the next day :)
